World Academy of Sport Executive Centre post-graduate programmes are available via a combination of distance learning and seminar presentations. Other courses are regularly held at the Manchester Business School in the UK, however, client specific executive education courses are held at alternative, relevant locations such as conferences and congress meetings.

What is the difference between the post-graduate courses and the executive education courses?
The World Academy of Sport Executive Centre offers key post-graduate courses delivered by MBS and utilising recognised world leading industry experts: MBA for Sport and Major Events and a Post Gradute Certificate in Executive Management (Sports Management). The typical applicant for the accredited MBA course has a first degree and at least three years professional experience. Entrance requirements to the courses are consistent with those of The University of Manchester, ensuring the best possible and most capable students.
The World Academy of Sport Executive Centre delivers a range of executive education courses delivered by MBS utilising recognised world leading industry experts. These courses include:
- Module Training at IF Congresses or sport conferences;
- 3 day residential programmes tailored to specific industry needs; and
- 5 day residential programmes or learning modules.
The typical applicant for the executive education programmes are administrators within international and national sporting bodies, government officials and major event organising committees seeking to acquire specific tailored skills that will bring more efficiency through application of industry best practice in their day to day operations.
